Our TEAM
Randi J Handshoe is the Managing Partner of Fractional Supply Chain Management. He has 30 years of CAD design, drafting, and layout experience and 19 of these years are within supply chain management.
Rosario C. Gomez-Ochoa is the Partner of Fractional Supply Chain Management. She handles all translations and is a native of Bucaramanga Colombia, South America, and has been a Registered Physical Therapist since 1995.
Our HISTORY
Originally founded in 1997 as Penrod Services in Kalamazoo, MI it provides overflow CAD drafting services. Our services grew in 2002 from CAD services to supply chain support. In 2004, projects demographically grew from being in North America to include International locations. Mid 2022, it was decided to re-brand Penrod Services. In 2023 Fractional Supply Chain Management became a reality.
